Hi, I’m Michal. For the past few years, I’ve been leading a great iOS team at Cookielab and working on unique mobile apps that connect software with the physical world.

Through the Evenflo iOS app and its connected devices, I help parents navigate the everyday challenges of parenthood. European Coffee Trip helps coffee lovers discover exceptional cafés across Europe. At the other end of the spectrum, I work on an app that helps protect critical infrastructure using cameras and LiDAR sensors.

I care about the product as a whole, not just the iOS app itself. Finding the best possible solution means understanding users’ needs, designing ergonomic interfaces, defining contracts between interconnected systems, and ensuring stability and long-term maintainability. I enjoy thinking through real-world scenarios and edge cases, then designing intuitive and reliable solutions around them.

Quality matters more to me than quantity, and I care about what I deliver.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the world beyond what I already know. That might mean automating my home, occasionally going diving, or spending an eternity watching educational videos. As a new dad, I’m also enjoying time with my son—diaper changes included. :)
